Survey: Your Input Is Needed for the future Endicott iDistrict Art Park
Village of Endicott Launches Public Survey to Collect Ideas for New Downtown Park Space
In 2019, Broome County was awarded grant funds through the Upstate Revitalization Initiative and the Transform Greater Binghamton Fund to establish three art parks in each of the iDistricts. In partnership with the Broome County Planning Department and the Town of Union, the Village of Endicott is planning a new park space in the Endicott Innovation District (iDistrict).
The Endicott iDistrict Art Park will transform a portion of a Village-owned property into a welcoming community gathering space. One goal of the project is to add public art and other innovative amenities that will create an immersive experience for visitors. The Village of Endicott invites the public to share feedback on design elements of the new park space.
Results from the survey will be used to inform the design of the park, led by consultants LaBella Associates. The survey only takes a few minutes to complete, it can be accessed at https://gobroomecounty.com/planning/gbf. The survey is open through Monday, May 16, 2022.
