Village Volunteers

The Village is looking to fill a number of volunteer positions!

We are looking for alternates for our Planning and Zoning boards. These boards do not meet on a regular basis, just when there is a project that has been brought to the Village. Meetings are usually held at 5 pm in the board room in the Municipal building.

Alternates must complete 4 hours of training, provided by the Village, and be present at any Planning or Zoning meetings in the event they are needed to fill in for a permanent member who is absent. These alternates must be a Village resident.

We need 2 or 3 more people to be on our Light commission. This commission meets once every other month (even months)  at 3:00 pm in the Village board room. Applicants must live or have a business in the Municipal light district.
