Village Water Meter Replacement Program

The Village of Endicott Water Department and Hydro Utilities are working hard and are in the final stages of the meter replacement program. Certified final letters will be mailed out in the next couple of weeks therefore, we are asking all customers if you have not done so already, please contact Hydro Utilities to have your meter replaced.

Phone appointments can be made by calling 1 (866) 983-8080 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.  Please provide the Work Order # and Service # found to the right of your mailing address on the letter you received from the Village of Endicott.

Online appointments can be made by going to www.endicottmeters.com and enter the Work Order # and Service # found to the right of your mailing address on the letter you received from the Village of Endicott to login and schedule your appointment.

If you do not have the Work Order and Service #, you will have to call the above number to schedule the appointment.

Hydro Utilities employees will have a photo ID badge and drive clearly marked vehicles.
