Washington Avenue Mixed-Use Development Project

The Village released an RFP seeking developers for a Washington Avenue Infill Project.  This project was allocated funding through the Greater Binghamton Fund.  The potential developer would receive up to $538,840 in grant funding from the Greater Binghamton Fund to complete a mixed-use commercial and residential property on Washington Avenue. .
